As to the guy you mentioned, he has been doubting whether he himself is Chinese or not. He not only talk to you like an enemy, but also do the same thing to Chinese. When he talks about Chinese or Iranian, he will become hysterical. Maybe he enjoys to do that. Whatever, don't care about him.
The world is composed of not only good and evil, but also something you have to be confused. You will be aware of that as soon as you grow older. So, take it easy.
