Of course it's not permanent. And it hasn't been in the other games I've blocked people either. I can easily prove this, if you'd like me to go find and point out for you, from earlier games of mine.

blocking people seems like a bad, bad, BAAAD thing to me.

I never encountered it before (I play only cfc/org/totalwar.net).
Therefore, when you talk that we (people from here) read you wrong way, maybe you just should try to adjust? at least a bit; I think most people here are welvoming to newcomers and to new ways of doing things, but dont expect us not to saw them through our own lenses

For the most part I've agreed with the content of his posts. He's having a hard time coming up with reads, and I can sympathise. Some of his reasons for his votes may be a bit reaching, but it is D1 and I can understand him. I like that he changes his focus from Cuth to Lassie. If anything it seems like a prodding townie. Scums can tend to get tunnely. Has been accused of having little original thought. Will look into that. Towny so far.

edse - 5
Very little thread presence. Has some odd entries in the thread. Has a less than impressive reason for voting Cuth. Null to scum.

Random vote. Null

jarrema - 15
Tends to discuss high posters and suss them all in turn. Not sure I like the sheeping of Zack's vote onto Lassie. It seems very simple and not dangerous, and I'm not sure he believes what he's saying. So far rather scummy.

kennigit - 10
Could go either way on this one. His last post (#869 "I have 26 scum leans. It's just that 3 of them are stronger at the moment.") showed some of that paranoia that townies often have about being wrong. It has been otherwise missing from his posts. I'll give a cautious town lean for now, and will keep close attention.

roughly the same? I had 3,5 pages on like 3 days in that game(shorter day phases, but still), and didn't do solving close to the level of what I've done here.

2) No, I wouldn't. When I asked you why you were voting Lassie, you said it didn't have anything to do with him being scum, but you didn't like his attitude. You said that he would be as good of a lynch as anyone else. This is why I was asking you if that was a scum claim....lol.

Only now when pressured do you say you think he's scum, in your top three (or only three? Not sure).

I'm not the one who wanted to make a big deal out of it. It's simply something I do to enjoy the game more. If someone is tunneling me and refuses to respond with respect to my replies, then I'd rather play for some time without seeing more of their posts. I don't have any hard feelings for Zack, and surely, the block will be gone again. Actually I'll remove it now, and we can see if he has anything interesting to say.

I've sort of put this game a bit on the back burner as I've been playing in two other games also, but I don't want to get to the end of D1 and not have a clear idea about anyone's alignments. The quicker I get the ISOs done, the easier it'll be to keep track of everyone.

I do need a break now though. I've been at this for three hours (I get easily distracted as well ).

He claims I wasn't asked.

I then point out that he is wrong, quoting his post, giving him this response:

2e) Ignoring someone is not a good solution. Actively blocking the posts of anyone you disagree with is not going to help town at all. If anything, just muster enough self-control not to respond or something if that's what you're worrying about.

I did not unvote you because i was intimidated by the fact that i had misread something and I was wrong. I unvoted you because choxorn made a very sketchy case on you, and I honestly found him more scummy than you.

Incorrect. I'm moving around, putting pressure on different people, and gauging reactions and trying to get a read. This is what I tend to do as any alignment. I'm not particularly worried about putting my vote on the scummiest person at any particular moment because I figure I'll have a better idea by the end of the day. Someone having a different play style than you =/= scummy.
