Not at all, partly cause I keep forgetting to call my landlord's repair guy to fix it and mostly because we don't want to pay the extra cost of electric heating.
Right now it is about 23C and I am in long pants and a jacket. It rarely gets cold here, so I am with azza on the settings. But I do work in front of a furnance a lot, so I am used to heat, not cold.
