Bachmann Ends Campaign

Well I'd think god wouldn't have done it if he didn't think they at least had an outside shoot of winning.

There is precedent, and hey, at least they weren't told to sacrifice their firstborn, right?

Good riddance.

My thoughts exactly.

And perhaps God wanted us to see what we could have for President by telling them to run...
so that we would see how much better? the other candidates are. Wishful thinking, I know.

Good riddance. One less candidate Paul has to beat;)

She wasn't that bad, she just couldn't win.

She wasn't absolutely terrible, from a conservative standpoint, but she did have very little chance to win, and I think she was too focused on the whole gay marriage thing (As is Santorum.) Paul has it right, leave it to the states.

First Sarah Palin was out, and now her doppelganger dropped out. Where will we find entertainment?
Romney trying to be a far right conservative?

Romney trying to be a far right conservative?

I'm eagerly awaiting his reversal back to Massachusetts Mitt after he wins the primaries. Wait, no I'm not, then he would actually have a (slight) chance at winning.

will hustler do a "Who's nailn' Bachmann?@" movie?

PROTIP: when running for president, don't say vaccines cause mental retardation.

And don't say you want to build an electrified Mexican bug zapper across the border.

Yeah, the sooner they whittle it down to Romney versus the unelectable coot, the sooner Obama can get his campaign going in earnest. :mischief:

Do you really want a President whose reaction to everything controversial is to shift responsibility to a different level of government?

You can't leave discrimination to the states. We had a whole war about that & everything.

Yet leaving gay marriage to the states is exactly the current policy so that war seems to not have resolved the issue.

These things take time....

Eventually it will be a federal policy the states will be forced to abide by.
