Beta Testers Wanted!

Firaxis needs some fresh blood to beta test some new super-secret stuff. If you have plenty of time to kill, and want to have input into the development process, then stop over and fill out the application.

Our testers will be expected to play at least two full games every week and provide insightful - and detailed - reports about what they think works in the game and what could be improved.

^^Well, SMAC brand is owned by EA .... as EA is not exactly in good relations with Take2 ( hostile takeover says something to you? ), it is somewhat understandable

And yes, the diehards fans of Civ series will have to forgive me on this one, but SMAC would be my #1 choice

Well, I've seen too many games get screwed by EA, so I think there's more reason to ignore and diss them than 'just' a hostile takeover. I don't mind in any case, cos I was never really that fond of SMAC anyway.
