Barring EU III I've never seen an actual map of the Shaibanids or other assorted Central Asian states. Best to go by geographic features. Ferghana is the Ferghana Valley and perhaps bits of the surrounding areas. Moughlistan is northeastish, found this map on wiki from 1450's:
Oh and the Kazak Khanate does exist north of the Uzbeks and had fought against the Shaibanids. Their border should be somewhere along the Syr Dayra river.
