I really like this technique:

One technique involves the use of specially designed trucks with ramps built in the back and front. Whats the problem it would just take a few years with captured illegal invaders to dig and you get a free canal or money for nothing.
But I am not sure about the chicks for free I did not realise there was such a big problem with chickens.
