Here's the fix for the Russian UHV in a separate file. Extract into Assets\Python and overwrite.

Egypt capitulated to me (playing as Ottoman Empire) but Cairo isn't ticked. I feel that's wrong, cause ottoman empire was mostly made by vassals.
 
But for none of the cities in the goal (Vienna is alt-hist anyway). The goal does not specify vassalize so it is consistent.
 
Well maybe, but the 2nd goal in fact destrcibes all the ottoman empire. It isn't possible to tick it without controlling them yourself. Historically, the ottoman empire was made by many vassals, thus it would be logical to control some vassals and still be ok.
 
They had many vassals in the Balkans and North Africa, but the majority of the empire was in direct control. It never made sense to me to associate them with vassalage on a RFC scale.
 
CTD when pressing end of turn. Latest SVN. Also, Mughal's 3 UHV does not register properly, as can be seen here (also latest SVN).

I've recently got back into playing DoC, but now I face constant crashes every now and then. The crashes oftentimes happen after the first turn, usually by the second. The longest I've went through without crashing is probably 7ish turns. It doesn't crash into desktop or anything, it simply froze and had its audio repeating, it happens for all starts.

I've tried everything up to the point I deleted the game entirely and re-installed them to no avail.

I'm slowly working through bug reports right now. CTDs are at end of the priority list though, because the return on invested time is likely the lowest.
 
Two things on this screenshot, newest SVN: I collected tithe despite not spawned and some event does not work.

I am now pretty sure that the issue of WATERMILLS being buildable on Marsh tiles is directly related to Global Warming. In my Russia game global warming just hit a marsh river tile and wouldn't you know it, suddenly I'm able to build a WATERMILL on it! I even have a save from the turn before and the current one so you can check for yourself, once I feel like uploading them that is.
