Yeah, its a bit slower. I wonder if every update bogs it down just a little bit more than it was before...

- Removed the OK button from the Developing Leader Trait Selection Popups. Avoids a crash scenario reported by Koshling.

It is to the point of making updates or commits (ie, any development whatsoever) impossible for me. I'll go and see if SF has any info about it.
 
Here are the XML errors in the current SVN. These really should be fixed before V28 is released. Most are in the trait definitions, which seems to be a bit of a mess:

I **think** that's all of them, but there are rather a lot so I might have missed 1 or 2.
 
Just pushed to SVN (4667) - some AI tweaks based on what I found in SO's posted save:
  • Fixed AI bug that caused city attack stacks to get distracted by archery bombardment
  • Increased barbarian propensity for producing city attack stacks
  • Modified target-city choice for the AI to incorporate how well defended they are
  • Fixed a bug that could prevent AI city attack stacks making he final attack

These are really only fairly minor tweaks, since I didn't want to take big risks so close to V28 release, but they should help with the over-passive barbarians I hope.

When I did a lot of those improvements I was just going from the civilopedia. Many of them didn't show once I did the xml and I wasn't sure why, since I wouldn't get an xml error popup like I normally would. I did ask as to why they weren't showing up in the pedia, but anyway i'll try and fix them.

Its an improvement on those rocky sea tiles. Is this what its called, its listed as an improvement in the civilopedia anyway.

BUILD_FACTORY - this is what workshops upgrade to, im fairly certain of this one.

GEOTHERMAL_FACTORY - this is a type of workshop improvement I guess, i've never built one, but its listed.

Can someone clarify / help with these please?

Just for info - every _GATHERER build has a _PICKER build, the first consumes the unit and is available to gatherers. The other does not consume the unit and is available to the other workers.

This is extremely high priority as all edits need to be in by 5 hrs or so from now before release.

But you probably have them close to correct. Just make sure to get the accurate actual reference from the buildinfos.xml and improvementinfos.xml where appropriate. Not good to make guesswork as to the names of the references you're wanting to refer to.

It is spelt IMPROVEMENT_BECON and it improves to "A Lighthouse" to distinguish it from "Lighthouse"

Could be BUILD_GEOTHERMAL_BOREHOLE - I know we changed these around a bit to get something that worked as it should.

- Promotions that allow XP above barbarian limits don't giv GG points unless Barbarian Generals is on.

Its working but very sloooooow, just let it go and then go to the bathroom, get a coffee/soda, eat something, watch tv, but LEAVE it running and eventually it will work.:blush:

Do the same for Updating and committing . . . SO
