Thx for the art for the core.

EDIT:

Changes for NEW

C2C.FPK

It's just trying to encourage us to upgrade. I'm taking the position that it ain't broke, so why fix it though.

I agree. It is slightly annoying, but I'll bet somewhere (in Tortoise) there is an option to suppress the message if you are really ticked by it.

I went to that page they said and there is NO upgrade there, its just the normal d/l:crazyeye:
But for reference sake, what is the link to the fix?

Changed Japans unique units from Afforess to core unique units area.

Updates
- Moved Tupi to require Corn instead of Squash.

I dislike this (I think - clarification following). Doesn't corn require plains to spawn on? My issue is that you often get very jungle dominated terrain in south America (maybe it's coincidence, but I have been seeing that) with ZERO grains as a result. At least one (maybe 2?) of the other south American cultures also require grains, and there are not very many to begin withy for that base culture. Can we have at least one with an animal resource dependency?

As I said in the other thread ...

They grew cassava, corn, sweet potatoes, beans, peanuts, tobacco, squash, cotton, and many others.

I could have picked Tobacco, Potatoes or Cotton. However Inca has potatoes. And I think Tobacco may be too late (I am not sure).

Just pushed to SVN (5040):
  • Fixed buildings with civic requirements surviving (as active buildings) on capture by civ without said civic
  • More significant speedup of game load/save (targeted at autosave principally)

WARNING - my last change has broken something that I didn't pick up in testing. Saves from the latest SVN probably will NOT load correctly. I'm working on it. Recommend NOT updating until later today.
