Cannibalism

Cannibalism, sounds sort of sick and twisted if it concerns humans, but, do you think, under some circumstances that it would be acceptable. Like say with the Donner Party, trapped on a mountain with no other source of food but your dead and dying comrades, would you eat another human being to save yourself?

Yes. it's a matter of perception really. Whatever's acceptable in that society.

In ancient China, during particularly nasty sieges, an entire city's inhabitants were sometimes forced to exchange each other's children to serve as food...

Humans are animals too only diffrence is that we consider ourselves better than chickens, pigs, turkeys, fish, cows etc...

It can be acceptable in extreme situations, but not often. The History channel had an interesting special on cannibalism the other night. This one group survived for 60 days on human flesh and snow, stuck in the middle of the Andes mountains.

I know. Like I said, it's sad and tragic. So who are we to add salt to injury by condemning these people?
