For the record, the Canadian Government is against Nuclear Weapons. We despise these weapons of Mass Destruction whose only purpose is to kill, and cause desctruction on a mass scale, as we tragically witnessed in Nagasaki and Hiroshime. Canada therefore reruses to allow Nuclear Weapons onto Canada soil, or permit other nations to use Canada to distribute those weapons. Any Nuclear Weapons, or material that serves no other purpose then to produce Nuclear Weapons is found on Canadian soil, it will immediately be confiscated by the Canadian Government, and disabled, with UN Inspectors present. We are adamantly against nuclear Weapons, and we are shocked at the rate at which these terrible weapons have proliferated around the world. We urge all nations to do away with these weapons at once, although we realize taht that is not likely to occur. We do support nuclear Technology to make Energy or as propulsion, however.

2. The government of USSR has refused to listen to our peaceful attempts of diplomacy. They have continued to stay in the borders of Argentina against the Argentian Governments will.

3.We demand that the USSR immeaditly remove their troops from Argentian borders.

4. If the USSR does not comply with these demands they will be subject to strict economic sanctions.
