Capto Iugulum: Building the 20th Century

Also we find the French Chinese Proposal more than fair.

The Scandinavian map completely ignores Dutch Kabende..

Our claims below. Regarding Central Africa, we want access to the Zambezi river...
And for the Pacific I'd like New Britain/Ireland.. (OTL New Britain, not the in game one)

The Empire of Scandinavia and the Netherlands have agreed to settle the matter of the border between Scandinavian Tadjoura, and Dutch Hollandia, in a separate treaty. The proposed division of Chinese territory by Paris-Burgundy is acceptable to us.

OOC: Um, how are we meant to make an appearance if we are, say, New Spain, which has exactly no right or ability to make any claims in Africa or the Pacific? :p
Also, I think your borders should have much more straight lines. Guys, you are Europeans, colonising the savages - arbitrarily making lines on a map and ignoring geography, demographics, and ethnicity is what you do. :p

Does Poland agree with our proposed partition of China? We believe we have the consent of everyone else in the coalition to what we have proposed except that of Poland (and that of Japan, but we've given Japan pretty much what they asked for anyway).

The Emperor gives his consent to The Paris-Burgundian proposal.

As for the claim Japan has in the territories of Alaska, Kamatchaka, and Pacific Ocean, we have drawn up a map summarizing those various claims and potential distributions. This map does not reflect agreed upon borders in China and is not set in stone. Japan Acknowledges Spain's claim to the Islands of Alaska.

Rome?

@TerrisH: Yes, Persia would be the state you're looking for.

@Grandkhan: Making an appearance would be more or less what you just did.

@nuke: yes, Rome is available.

I have updated the front page to show the resolution of the China question. Kudos, one down, seven to go.

In regards to Southern Africa: Denmark would like the stretch of territory between Spanish and British possessions in the region. We believe the presence of our nation's imperial holdings will help forestall further threats of war between Spain and Britain, creating more stability overall for European holdings on the Dark Continent.

All Parties Concerned in Central Africa PLEASE NOTE
Upon conference with the British and Dutch, we present a new proposal for a division of central Africa. We have not accounted for any agreement reached between the Spanish and the Dutch regarding Kabende, and so long as the rest of these claims are in theory or part acceptable to all other parties, we see no reason why they should not be permitted to settle that matter between each other. We have been informed this proposal has Great Britain's approval.

The United Kingdom finds the given proposal acceptable, except for the apparent cession of Spanish and British lands in the north-western part of Central Africa. Could this discrepancy not be removed?

Portugal and Denmark are also content with Scandinavia's current proposal.

Poland refuses any partition of Central Africa where it does not gain more land, let alone one where it loses everything.

Brazil demands a naval base in Central Africa, dammit. So boring with all of you shoddy Europeans taking everything. Won't be much room for anyone but those that got super freebies right at the end. :p

Paris and Burgundy has decided that, like almost every colonial power (even Poland), our holdings in China mean we need a base in the Indian Ocean. We therefore claim the Maldives.

The Russian Empire feels that it's claim to Kamatchyca is the most legitimate. The Japanese have both Korea and Manchuria to govern and the British have not been active here for years and when they were, their presence was negligible
