Tambien's flag doesn't show up, instead there's a red square
HJ's flag is orange (is it supposed to be orange)
My UU and UB are wrong

Your UU and UB is intended. Inohotep still has them, so I just gave you the Mongol ones to fix the crashing.

SK did the dds conversion for half of the flags, I'm hoping that he can do the other half
