Lucy,

You'd want to use the Vienna/GMU stop if youre motoring from WV. If your friend is in Maryland, use the Shady Grove stop.

EDIT: Sorry guys, but my wife just reminded me that we'll be in boston for a wedding that weekend. DOH!
 
Since Murphy's is seeming like a dead idea, I propose Capital Brewery right outside of Union Station. It's in a central location (Capital Hill, Union Station), it's an actual restaurant to meet in as well as good beer for those drinkers, and it has many ways to connect there. (MARC for Lucy, Metro for others, parking for the drivers...)
 
I'm game. So when you guys iron it out remind me.

Thats works out fairly well. Whats the address of that place? I wonder if I could just walk there from work.

Tonic, by GW (Foggy Bottom Metro) is another option. Its within walking distance of most of downtown DC, and its easy to get to via metro.

2 Mass. Ave NE. It's literally across the street from Union Station. The only problem could be crowds, but at 6 PM, doesn't seem like an issue.
 
If thats not a happy hour, we should be okay. I could get there first and get us a table. It'll be under "Downtown"

I'm placing a call today. I currently only have 2 copies on my person, but I'm going to pull out all the stops to try and get an order here by then. It'll be close.
 
God damn it. I go to AU and classes will be out and I'll be going home on the 9th. So I'm missing this meet up >_<
 
As has been previously said, I'm going to be in Florida that whole week, so I can't come. :( Have fun you guys, and take lots of pictures!

Damn, quite a turn out, I'm jealous I'm gonna miss it.

If you guys have a kickass time you should make it an annual thing. I'm moving back to the East Coast so it's highly likely I'll be able to make it next year. :)
