Auckland = 15 - 3 = 12 Not worth the cost.
Buenos Aires = 13
Kumasi = 14
Muscat = 11
Stockholm = 3 + 1 = 4 Like the GPP
Zanzibar = 19

Auckland = 12 + 1 = 13 Good production if you settle near coast or lake tiles.
Buenos Aires = 13
Kumasi = 14
Muscat = 11
Stockholm = 4 - 3 = 1 I think the others are better than this one.
Zanzibar = 19

Brussels = 5 - 3 = 2 (Yeah Brussels is better than Carthage - that makes total sense. Eyes roll into the back of my skull. You do realize that you can probably build wonders faster with the extra trade routes from Carthage than with this bonus right?)
Maybe yes, but it's too situational. When you lose Brussels, you can continue without any major problem, but when you lose Carthage, you have a wasted district place (doesn't count when you're going for domination, but still). I don't want to waste a district on it, unless I'm playing Germany. And Brussels is more useful CS type than Carthage.

Auckland = 13
Buenos Aires = 13
Kumasi = 14
Muscat = 11+1=12 - Amenity from district I build in my every city? I'll take it!
Stockholm = 1-3=-2 (ELIMINATED) - I'm actually more tall player than wide player, so this bonus usually gives me between +2 to +5 GPP. The others are better.
Zanzibar = 19

Auckland = 10 (13-3) tough choices, but we'll vote down for being situational (plus, it's DLC)
Buenos Aires = 14 (13+1) not as good as Zanzibar, but Zanzibar has plenty of points currently
Kumasi = 14
Muscat = 12
Zanzibar = 19

Auckland = 7 (10-3) encourages you to build lots of coastal cities which are oh so easy to raid and conquer. I still think that many ships are overpowered for their era - but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
Buenos Aires = 14
Kumasi = 14
Muscat = 13 (12+1) It's less dangerous than Zanzibar if you lose the suzerain status. You basically loose 1 amenity per city with a CH, which is 1 amenity in most cities. So you indeed need some other Amenities from somewhere. If you are still in the earlier or middle game and loose Zanzibar, you can easily be in trouble if you didn't build an amenity giving infrastructure.
Zanzibar = 19

Auckland = 7-3=4 Even with the production bonus coast tiles are still weak.
Buenos Aires = 14
Kumasi = 14
Muscat = 13
Zanzibar = 19 + 1 = 20 you literally cannot source their benefit from anywhere else

Edit: Cross posted with Siptah

Updated stats:
Auckland = 4
Buenos Aires = 14
Kumasi = 14
Muscat = 13
Zanzibar = 20

Haven't yet taken part and basically haven't played for months, so lacking some experience here but:

Auckland = 4
Buenos Aires = 14
Kumasi = 14
Muscat = 13 - 3 = 10 (something has to give and I think this seems weakest)
Zanzibar = 20 + 1 = 21 (IMO, clearly the strongest feature)

Auckland = 5 (4+1) I'll up vote to help save for an few turns.
Buenos Aires = 14
Kumasi = 11 (14-3) lets make it a battle between Gold V Production.
Muscat = 10
Zanzibar = 21

Only 2 of these would be in my top 5.

Auckland = 5
Buenos Aires = 14
Kumasi = 11 + 1 = 12 (Not amenity related or viking DLC and it can have a big impact in lots of games)
Muscat = 10 - 3 = 7 (Viking content and way too many amenity CS in the top 5. This one is weak unless you spam commercial districts everywhere)
Zanzibar = 21

Auckland = 5
Buenos Aires = 14
Kumasi = 12
Muscat = 7 + 1 =8 (I at least build 15 CH in a game. It therefore gives me more amenities. I honestly don't think it is so much inferior to Zanzibar. The bigger the map and the wider you play, the better it is)
Zanzibar = 21-3=18 (just to narrow the gap... It is not THAT good)

PS. I find it rather ironic that somebody downvote cities because they are afraid of losing the suzerain. It's like not voting Michael Jordan as MVP because of the fear of losing him from an injury. "He makes too much impact so a team doesn't know how to play without him".

Auckland = 5
Buenos Aires = 16 (15+1) Really a nice way to solving amenity issues
Kumasi = 6 (9-3) Agree with poster above
Muscat = 8
Zanzibar = 21

Auckland = 6-3 = 3 More limited use vs. all others left because normally I only have a few coastal cities
Buenos Aires = 16
Kumasi = 6
Muscat = 5
Zanzibar = 21+1 = 22 Clear winner

Auckland = 3
Buenos Aires = 16 - 3 = 13 Maybe useful in late game.
Kumasi = 6
Muscat = 5
Zanzibar = 22 + 1 = 23 Best of what is left.

Auckland = 3
Buenos Aires = 13
Kumasi = 3 (6-3) It's a great bonus, but trade routes are often used for production boosts and those typically does not go to a city state.
Muscat = 5
Zanzibar = 24 (23+1) Lovely amenities that allows more warmongering, more growth and a happier kingdoms.

Auckland = 3 + 1 = 4 better than Kumasi
Buenos Aires = 13
Kumasi = 3 - 3 = 0 ELIMINATED - good place to go out.
Muscat = 5
Zanzibar = 24

Auckland = 4
Buenos Aires = 13
Muscat = 5-3=2 - I upvoted it yesterday, but the others are better. The fourth place is good for it.
Zanzibar = 24+1=25 - I think we can proclaim this :trophy: now, can't we?

Auckland = 1 (4-3) reasons given before
Buenos Aires = 14 (13+1) just for reducing Zanzibar's lead
Muscat = 2
Zanzibar = 25
