Antananarivo (Cultural) - 3 - 3 = ELIMINATED Fourth place is good enough
    Kumasi (Cultural) - 5
    Stockholm (Scientific) 26
    Zanzibar (Trade) - 13 + 1 = 14 Excellent for Monty and other warmongers

Kumasi (Cultural) - 5 + 1 = 6 (Needs some help and I'd much rather have bunches of culture than 12 amenities)
    Stockholm (Scientific) 26
Zanzibar (Trade) - 14 - 3 = 11 (My cities usually don't seem to suffer much from lack of amenities - only when my empire is gigantic and then I don't care)

Kumasi (Cultural) - 7 (6 + 1) I've voted this down before, but it was to aid other ailing CS picks that deserved to be saved. Though I don't always send early trade routes outside my empire, Kumasi is undoubtably powerful and a game changer, as others have said. I rate it slightly above Zanzibar.
    Stockholm (Scientific) 27=26+1
Zanzibar (Trade) - 5 (8 - 3) I'm happy Zanzibar made it this far, but it definitely seems that third place is appropriate. Kumasi and Stockholm are objectively more powerful.

    Kumasi (Cultural) - 4 = 7 - 3. See below.
    Stockholm (Scientific) - 27
Zanzibar (Trade) - 6 = 5 + 1. Such a heated battle for 2nd place :). Amenities do more than just allow your city to grow (if you also have the housing). They can push your cities from content to happy or happy to ecstatic which in turn increases all non-food yields by 5%. +12 amenities can do this for multiple cities which is a big effect on your whole empire. This doesn't require any opportunity cost or change in play style which puts this over Kumasi.

    Kumasi (Cultural) - 4-3=1 - For me, amenities > culture+money, and trade > cultural.
Stockholm (Scientific) - 27+1=28 - Great people > amenities and scientific > trade.
    Zanzibar (Trade) - 6

Maybe it should number three. No more. No less. Three shalt be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, nor either count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then, lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it.
