We are pleased to announce the latest expansion pack for Civilization V, called "One World".

Key Features and New Civs

Many of you have been speculating about what "One World" could mean. Well, we've decided to "even the playing field".. and removed all UA, UB and UUs. In addition, all starting positions will be exactly the same for every civ every time you play. All map types have been removed except "Pangaea".

We've been closely monitoring which Civs you'd like to see included in this expansion. We're pleased to announce SEVEN new Civs:

Shaka of the Zulus: UA: None, UB: None, UU: None
Pele of the Brazilians: UA: None, UB: None, UU: None
Cristiano Ronaldo of the Portuguese: UA: None, UB: None, UU: None
Ho Chi Minh of the Vietnamese: UA: None, UB: None, UU: None
Imelda Marcos of the Phillipines: UA: None, UB: None, UU: None
Frosty the Snowman of the Inuit: UA: None, UB: None, UU: None
Marie Curie of the Polish: UA: None, UB: None, UU: None

They feel predictable due to your analysis of their habits and they feel overwatched because everybody is looking at each of their moves, right now.
They don't like this!

Therefore, they decided to change their habit and announce "One World" at another day and at another time they usually would have done. Just out of malignity and to have the upper hand again!
