Well, technically it's three penguins in the guise of humans ruling a human nation.

I've never actually mentioned the penguin government in a story, but I picture it as a system that's a random mix of every conceivable government that is so large that it is beyond mortal comprehension (as in, you'll die of old age before you can comprehend it) with a supreme overlord on top who has a title larger than the rest of the government put together. Due to this, no one has any clue who runs the whole business, as anyone who heard whoever the leadet's title died of old age before being able to repeat it.

And due to excellent healthcare, penguins are practically immortal. They usually just get bored and leave before they die of old age in the above scenarios.

Hmm id say you have contacts with Almoth also, maybe Libria too. Cleric is officially playing Libria, but hes been inactive from the start, so i guess ill start NPCing and diplo stuff for them.

well, as i said (i think) on the first page, im not going to keep a set update schedule. send orders when you want, and they'll be in next update, (if they're still appropriate). for this game, it doesnt matter too much if you spend a turn not doing anything special.
