32-player Warlords pitboss game starting up, I'm assuming it's the same 24-hr turn variety as what's going on here.

I have to appologise to all you guys because in the last week I missed 2 or 3 turns.

I had a busy schedule and forgot to take my turns. I must say that all I had planned was queued so no bad on that part.

Man, what the heck is going on with the timer on this one? It's set to 22 hours according to Civstats, but is actually taking around 25.5 to 26 hours.

thats how long actual games take, just the way pitboss works-igloo purposefully set it at 22 hours to get closer to 24 hours.

well first off not sure if you can change it during the game but also 22hours is seen by many to get closest to 24 hours during most games.

You can change it during the game. I know that for sure as many of my other games have had the timer changed mid-game.

Also, personally I would love for it to be changed to 20 hours. We have it on 20 hours in a few of my other games and I've never seen anyone have any trouble getting their turn done (at least not any more trouble than they would have had if it was at the 22 hours).

I'd prefer 22-24 hours, so that in the event of only having access to CivIV at one time per day I can still play every turn (in a worst case scenario).

This map has an insane amount of jungles and forests.
Mr. Fossy Bear has travelled a great distance from home, and has only had to leave the trees a couple of times.

I just met a nice kitty, I tried to pet him but he was kinda aggressive! I had to hit him over the head with a club. He hurm me, clawed me in the face so I had to settle in a forest nearby to lick my wounds. Right next to me I saw a nice forest just begging me to come in and heal but to my suprise there was another one of these kitties right next to me.

Man being a warrior/scout is a hard job !

Not for my scout. He meets all kinds of hot females in the jungle tribes.... which results in the men jumping out and attacking when the scout gets in bed with them....

Especially if you're not a cat person, apparently.

Only met a couple of big cats, one even killed one half of my scout unit. Now the other one wanders alone in the wilderness. When we discover literature it'll make a brilliant epic poem.
