Claim the whole North African coast (which will include Sinai so that the cannel be secured), Italy, Sudan, unclaimed parts of Brazil, Norway and (after them) any spare territory in Africa, especially Central Africa.

Note that areas are what comes first; North Africa (plus Sinai) is the priority followed by Italy, Sudan etch.

Use the 170 economic points for the purchase of 85 nukes for the allowance of M.A.D. so that Mali be safe.

Set said nukes on M.A.D. status; no one better attack us!
