Personally I prefer the direction of having Civilisations ruled by notable historical figures (or mythologies even), as it gives me an opportunity to learn more about that culture, avoids some redundancy and gives the ladies of the past a presence in the game.

Looks like you were right about he livestream, @Eagle Pursuit. I'd ask why they aren't doing any First Look videos, but these are just alt Leaders, so there wouldn't be much to reveal minus their LA's.

It still feels weird that there are no First Looks, though.

I dunno, I always liked the aesthetic of First Look videos, so I would be a little disappointed if there aren't any for the Leader Pass.

EDIT: Especially the ones they made for Gathering Storm. I legitimately watch them for fun sometimes.

It’s possible that they start the livestream with the First Looks (or focus on one leader at a time and play their First Look to start that segment) and then release them separately as their own videos on Friday

Are you guys as happy as me that the leader pass is FREE for the most dedicated fans, ie those with all the DLC?

I'm under the impression I won't get this dlc since I don't have anthology edition. I bought the base game, then each expansion/dlc separately aside from Frontier pass as a bundle. I'm guessing I have to buy this then?

Anthology is free if you own all the associated DLC separately.

As long as you own all the previous content it will be free. It shows up in Steam that I own the anthology edition, without actually purchasing it.

Ahh okay. I just noticed that. Strange, I was expecting to have to pay for something. Not that I'm complaining, but I would have willingly paid 5 or 10 for this content.

I do not understand where thsi idea that Ed Beach wasn't still involved come from. At no point was it ever said he stopped.
