If they're going to do moveable cities, there needs to be limits.
At some point a group of people reach a certain threshold where they have inertia of place. It becomes more feasible to divert resources to the city rather than have the city move to the resources.
So maybe cities can't move after they reach population level 10.
Do we think they’ll pick Brennus or Vercingatorix for Gauls? Vercingatorix is popular due to the Sukritact mod but Brennus historically is the Gaulish leader they’ve picked for the game (in civs 2,3 and 4)
For Byzantium, I’m personally hoping the leader is either Irene, Alexios or Basil II.
Obviously I would’ve hoped for this to be our middle east pack but europe is fine, and a proper celtic civ makes it all worth it.
November presents some issues though. This pack tells us no more Portugal, but that means November will have to be the Middle East, Native Americans or Berbers. And one of those three will miss out completely.
theoretically any emperor can have a fluffy white beard if they ruled for long enough. How old were Alexios and Basil when they were at their peaks of rule?
Gaul is a surprise to me, I'm excited. If this is the only European pack, then perhaps not Portugal in NFP, this increases the chances of a second round of passes.
To be fair, they specified that it was conquest through military or religion, and they could also be referring to Byzantium’s civ ability, with Alexios having a religion/trade ability.
Basil makes sense though, with a war-like ability giving him access to the Varangian guard with a Dromon Civ UU
Georgia is buffed up to at least a C tier civ for that extra wildcard policy, If its one wildcard policy slot per Golden Age it shoots from F to S tier cause that's insane

That the fact that you can have golden and dark age policy slots in the same era also makes it very good. Some of the golden age policies look pretty good.
