Civilizations suggested by the Trailer: English, French, Americans (Ben Franklin), Japanese, Chinese, Aztecs, Spanish, Egyptians, Romans, Babylonians, Arabs. And Shawnee, which are confirmed in.

If every Civ has its own Wonder, then you can add Indians, Greeks, Germans and Indonesians to that list as well.
One of the screenshots on the Steam page has two tanks with red stars on them, which may or may not be T-34s. Either way, it suggests the Russians.

Wait where did you all see Ben and Napoleon? I remember seeing the guy who looked most like Augustus and the female Egyptian leader.

There is also a Mexican wonder, the Palacio de Bellas Artes, surrounded by what appears to be buildings of Mexican architecture.

You get Napoleon by linking your 2K account.

Here's the .gif of Ben for those that haven't seen it yet.

It's hard to say if the T-34s are the UU or if the Shermans are the UU

I saw an old Chinese Emperor guy and a Black Female leader

They have used both the US M4 Sherman and the Soviet T-34-85 as 'generic' Tanks before, so that doesn't mean that much.

What is interesting is that they show both types in the same screenshot, meaning they are both in the same game - possibly one or both are Unique units, or possibly we are getting different vehicles for different Civs. The same shot also shows the infantry/troops on the two sides in different uniforms, and not just color differentiated: one side is wearing US-type northern Europe helmets and gear, the other side is wearing British desert/colonial shorts and knee socks. That implies Civ-specific differentiation of regular combat units.

One thing that does possibly indicate Russia-specific T-34s is that they are shown with a broad stripe around the turret. In the shot it's orange, which may be a Civ color, but if it were white it would exactly reproduce the recoginition markings the Red Army used in 1945 when they stormed Berlin.
