Completely Dumb Ideas

Certainly not. You just have to do 2 things.
1. Build the UN and make sure that the "no nukes" and "everybody switches to environmentalism" options pass.
2. Build Recycling centres in all of your cities.

look at what is says. it is saying you cant even build them.

After the discovery of Mass Media the leaderhead for Austria/Holy Rome should be Robert Heinrich I when running a monarchic civic.

In order to represent a more realistic Holy Roman Empire and to include as many important German cities at that time, the city placement should be like this.
This can also be applied to other underrepresented European cities around the continent:

It should make things historically accurate like Europa Universalis.

We should bring some stuff from Crusader Kings II: Legacy of Rome and The Old Gods since the map isn't very diverse and it would bring more wars and stuff.

-If you are catholic Roman Empire/orthodox Byzantine Empire and you own the holy shrines of both catholics and orthodoxy, as well as Jerusalem and Egypt, you should be able to mend the great schism. Every non-protestant christian civ gets a pop-up asking them wether to convert to orthodoxy/catholicism and if they keep their old religion, war is declared upon them.

-If you are the Byzantine Empire, Rome is dead and control what was once Justinian's empire, you become the Reformed Roman Empire.
Core Area: Justinian's Empire
Historical area: All the area that once formed the Roman Empire
UB: Hippodrome
UU: Legions as replacement for Heavy Swordman and Vanilla BTS Catapharcs (it's OP, yes, but it's completely worth it)
UP: The Power of New Rome: Declaring war on nations that are in your historical/core area grants you armies a la Alexander's conquests.
UHV1: Conquer your historical area and keep it by 1500 A.D
UHV2: Have 20+ stability by 1500 A.D
UHV3: Be Nº1 in army size, score, territory and population
You are also granted 30+ stability and 1000 gold

-If you are the vikings have 2 cities in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark (only one here is needed), have no religions in your cities and have pagan temples all over the place, you should be able to reform the norse faith. A new religion pops up in all your cities named "Norse Faith". All your cities convert to Norse and the shrine is not only an average shrine, but also an AP.

-If you are the mongols and you succesfully overrun all Russia, China and Central Asia, AND the area known as mongolia has no religions and has pagan temples all over the place, you get to reform the Tengri faith. Same as above.

-If you are the aztecs and unify all of Central America before the euros kick in and have pagan temples all over the place, you get to reform the mesoamerican faith. Same as above.

-If you are the greeks, survive 600 A.D, have no religions, control Greece and have pagan temples all over the place, you get to reform the hellenic faith. Same as above.

Also 100th post!

Congrats! Nice to see you around, Kinkaz.

Someone has been playing Crusader Kings II, I see.

When playing the Vikings the soundtrack should perpetually be heavy metal.

Congrats! Nice to see you around, Kinkaz.

Just taking a rest from CKII/Europa Universalis IV. Expect me being here and alive for 2 more weeks before school is over (I'm south american) and my life gets fully engulfed by these two until March. Worse of all, I might be getting Victoria II or Hearts of Iron III.

It is due to my lack of knowledge regarding Central European geography

All vickings Units after 1980 should use Corpse Paints

Their diplo music should also be changed to a deep-super-underground-dark-death-hell-metal rock :band:

Some of the changes Russia.

1) Change the starting area from Moscow to Kiev. You can make an independent Novgorod, with a fairly strong garrison (instead of an independent Kiev). AI builds Moscow in the future (the transfer of the capital Kiev => Novgorod \ Moscow => Petersburg => Moscow).

2) An earlier start year - 800.

3) AI Russia are more likely to have to become a vassal of Mongolia, and not disposed of in the 7 \ 10 games.

4) Kazan - appears in 900 years, is an independent city with a considerable garrison and their workers and Islam as state religion. In the future, captured by the Mongols.

5) Review the status of some resources, the state of the rivers, swamps. This is especially true of Siberia.

6) Allow (naturally all civilizations) to build a city on the banks of the river, regardless of location (tundra \ desert).

7) Change the case of Poland, but will post it here. Change the name of Plock (1N of Krakow) to Warsaw. More starting units (+2knights, for example). Most of aggressiveness. Mb give some resources (+1 wheat\cow\pig near Warszawa)

P/S Sry 4 google translate :D

These ideas aren't actually that dumb.
