Why is the name in Spanish? I mean, it is not Italian since it would be "Monte Nero", however in Spanish "Black Mountain" is exactly "Monte Negro".

Kosovo is Serbian land. It has ever been. Albanians came because of Turks and ethnically overcame the native population. I understand Serbians have strong feelings for Kosovo because of some historic sentiments. They would be about as happy to give up Kosovo as Israelies giving up Jerusalem.

Well, Czechs have always had a friendly relationship with Serbia. Serbs were our friends for hundreds of years, we have a common Slavic origin and it is only natural they're closer to our hearts. Czechs opposed the war against Serbia and watched the scenes of Albanians burning down Serbian villages and churches in TV with anger. That's why we send some of our troops to Kosovo to protect them and we know, that Albanians will finish their little genocide the moment they leave.

Ironic, isn't it? EU is like a shining beacon of prosperity for all Central and Eastern European countries. They are willing to sacrifice their national prides and sovereignty in order to join it. They are making reforms only because EU wants them. Often, they follow EU directives to the letter, unlike the old EU member states. Some of them want to join so badly, that they split off from other countries

I can see how Montenegro could fall back in a way to its older status as an independant country, but in reality its population is so small that it hardly seems viable as a nation.

2. Tell me, what note did you got in Geography, do you know where Moldova is? Go search it in Google and tell me what Albanians have to do with Moldova.

I have a feeling that you too dont even have a clue what happend here during 98/99, Albanians never burned down villages but the Opposite, the Serbian army burned hundreds of Villages, to make it more clear, around 300000 houses and Serbs keep telling us we burned the Churches down while no one mentoins the Mosques

You don't know what do you want, that is the problem. Kosovo is poor, totally unable to survive on its own economically. You are now a hub of drug smuggling and various other criminal activities. You are unable to stop ethnic violence. From my point of view, we don't need another failed state.

The Ottomans brought Islamisation with them, particularly in towns, and later also created the Viyalet of Kosovo as one of the Ottoman territorial entities. This brought a great shift, as the Orthodox Serb population began to lose its majority when masses of Turks and Albanians (Muslims) moved to Kosovo. During the Islamisation many Churches and Holy Orthodox Christian places were razed to the ground or turned in to Mosques. The big Monastery of Saint Archangel near Prizren was teared down at the end of the 16th century and the material used to build the Mosque of Sinan-pasha, an Islamized Serb, in Prizren. Although the Serbian Orthodox Church was officially abolished in 1532, an Islamized Serb from Bosnia, Vizier Mehmed-pasha Sokolović influenced the restoration of the Patriarchate of Peć in 1557. Special privalages were provided, which helped the survival of Serbs and other Christians on Kosovo.

So, until the Ottoman takeover, Kosovo was Serbian land with Serbian Slavs living there. You are just settlers sent there in order to islamize the region.

What does it mean? Well, at least that the Serbs have a right to hold this territory under their jurisdiction.

KLA (Kosovo Liberation Army) was on USA's list of terrorist organizations just few months before NATO action in 1999. The armed organization that terrorizes legitimate police forces and local civil residents is by all means terrorist. Without even mentioning atrocities commitedby them.
