I don't know, I find learning interesting stuff to be cool. Especially complicated chemical properties that can be demonstrated so easily with a simple technique. What is your criteria for a cool video, exactly? Does it need to have explosions and rapid movement?

No, it does not need that. The other videos here that are in the category "science" does not have rapid movement or explosions, but they are cool because they are interesting and show phenomena that most people have not seen before. Such as the glowing hot ice cube, the super fluid and several other videos posted in this very thread.
