Critical race theory

Yes USA You get Your riches out of misery of others - so enjoy Your spoils but remember You have not inherited the Earth, You have borrowed it ....

All countries of Americas had race based slavery, and their masters overseas powerhouse as Portugal, Spain, France and United Kingdom.
That is the why countries as France has almost 30% of Black in it's community. Some day will become the majority of the population.
Much of the middle east as well. The east africa/Indian Ocean slave trade was bigger then the west africa slave trade. As well as taking Africans for slaves, there were also Europeans taken as slaves, see the Barbary pirates.

As far I know ancient slavery isn't based on race, even Plato was enslaved for while
Yes it is - the term "Slavs" or "Slavic People" is based on that word - Slavery ! They've all viewed us as nothing but slaves ..... :( :( :( shame .....

The east africa/Indian Ocean slave trade was bigger then the west africa slave trade.
Maybe longer, but I don't think it was bigger. The numbers of enslaved black people to Americas is way more huge then numbers of black slaves going to the middle east. And the numbers of enslaved people is reflected nowadays in these countries demographics. Some countries in Americas have a huge percentage of Black people, meanwhile the percentage of Black people in middle east isn't that high

As much as it is with the word "Barbarian" - much to the the demise of the Barbarian People :(

We are all the Roman Catholic Syndicate Slaves ........

Even though Roman Empire fall, we're still living by its Rules ! It's because we're human and also we're stupid.

For example of how stupid we are - what is worth Jerusalem ?
Nothing to a smart person, everything for a fool .

Agree.

It's by design. Corporations push it because if the black workers walk out of a diversity training session distrustful of their white colleagues, and the white workers walk out angry at their black colleagues, it's a huge win. The workforce has been divided and conquered, and will be much less likely to unionize or engage in any other collective action for their own benefit. They'll be too busy punching laterally to punch up.
I just had some really good diversity on ramping. It was fun, there was a choose your own adventure that was professionally acted where you could make them awful. But also the material was really good.

I would say the main reason corporate America is pushing diversity and diversity acceptance is because it creates a more professional and productive work environment, and also broadens their markets. I think it’s just straight up more efficient and good for business, no need for the conspiracy side.

Now I might agree it’s a shame we surrender our social mores to corporate America, but at least the social mores they are pushing are pretty alright.

You're right, people making $8 an hour are what's wrong with society and deserve to be berated on the basis of an iimmutable characteristic.
People don’t deserve to be berated for privilege nor are privileged people “what’s wrong with society.” Privileged ≠ bad. The existence of oppression is bad. Everyone should be privileged, or rather, have what privilege affords.

I would also point out that I have the official @Akka Seal of Cerified Wokeness and I also think corporate diversity trainings are often stupid and even racist
Oh, I think they're pretty useless corporate nonsense. I've said this repeatedly. They're just not whatever they're being made out to be in here by folks like Bestbank Tiger and the like.

Some are dumb and some are good. That our social mores are policed foremost by our corporate participation is some kind of Fordist oppression.

It's a tool of the institution, generally, so you'll find results skew along those lines, both good and bad. But in general it's in service to the institution in question and not the people, because few institutions are. I can only speak confidently about tech, for example, because that's where I'm from. But these training courses are nearly-always online, for example - not in-person. In-person activities would, honestly, just be better served by teambuilding (unless someone causes harm to others and then we're talking about punishments that stem from that*). In terms of general building blocks for the corporate team to see the benefits of, anyway.

* but then we're back to good and bad, because bad companies will punish arbitrarily, or worse than arbitrarily, while "good" companies will not (at least, consciously)

There is the added benefit of not coming under the ire of noisy twitter and other social media malcontents who have nothing better to do with their time than harangue companies for some perceived slight. Much easier to shuffle the rank-‘n’-file staff into the conference room for an hour once a year.

As far I know ancient slavery isn't based on race, even Plato was enslaved for while.
Race was not a thing, but "otherness" certainly was and probably was at the heart of the conflicts that resulted in said slaves.

Dumb people are needed too ... Just saying - so that you Golden boys get richer and richer out of the misery of others.....

No wonder every fudging disaster hits America , there are too many Golden boys per capita , and something in the shadows wants it's revange !!!!

Wokeism results in worse educational outcomes for black and Hispanic students. This link is Townhall but they link to original sources and I'm going to assume they didn't cook the numbers:
'Privilege' is an unacceptable term, but 'wokeism' is?

Maybe that "woke" education really is needed to ensure people don't turn out like this.
