DaftNESIV: The Prophecy

Hey,

Fuschia Cloud Orders

Spoiler :
Fuschia Cloud
1. 2 Units will try & domesticate the Terror Birds.
2. 2 Unit will fish the coastline
3. 1 unit becomes a shaman, Rain Kikee, The Thunder Daughter-Mother. Works in hut on creating a petoglyphic or hieroglyphics system. This will be engraved on small gold ingots. Maybe this is to many actions together. I'll leave it to you to pick if there is.
4. Any population increase is to move to Rain Oreekid in the northwest.

Rain Oreekid Land to the northwest.
1. 1 unit will examine the large otter/rat as a food resource. (Think Guinea Pigs. Peruvians consume an estimated 65 million guinea pigs each year)

Notes from the Clouds
The domestication of the yellow birds was abandoned in favor of the more dangerous Terror birds. It was hoped that hunting of these beasts as a right of passage had given the Fuschia Cloud hunters the knowledge to tame them. It was a risk that they would take.

Food supplies would be put to the test in the coming years so it was decided return to the coastlines, were once Land Whales played, to fish.

With a expanding population a woman rose to be the voice of Rain Akwee, the Thunder Goddess-Mother. This female shaman was called Rain Kikee, Thunder Daughter-Mother. Ceremonies to the storms of the rainy season, fertility, travel & the hunt begin under her viewing. The greeting "Let the dark clouds roll. Let the drops be heavy." is cheerfully yelled throughout the Fuschia Cloud lands.

GOLDEN FALCON – Generation 2

1.) One of our people will continue to toil in the fields for the greater good, cultivating wheat.
2.) One of our people will meet and greet the strange sea peoples, and exchange gifts and good will. We will gladly trade with them, both materially and intellectually, and attempt to travel to their homelands.
3.) One of our people will test out the seas on boats fashioned in the image of those in which the sea peoples travel, possibly acquiring a few from the sea peoples directly via trade to help.
4.) With the aid of these new “boats”, one of our people shall fish, but farther out and with greater ability then ever before, possibly exploring the water which surround us.
5.) One of our people will continue to build grand stone monuments to the Gods of all things, adorning them with gold or other beautiful artifacts.
6.) One of our people will build another Hut to improve live conditions and the prosperity of the homelands.
7.) One of our people will join our fellow people in the fields, cultivating whatever fate deems fit for us to receive, or simply farm. As always, babies are always in demand by the farmers, so we’d best produce enough food for ‘em! (along with everyone else)

A.) To relieve population pressure (hell, it’s the norm practically now), the Golden people have several choices:
  • They may choose to merely drift across the Golden river, to E’allah, as their ancestors have in the past, and still continue to do, being the easiest option available.
  • They may choose to merely adventure along the coastline, to the endless desert to the SW, where the harshness of the desert may be lessened by livelihoods established on the coastline, connected by “boats” to the rest of Golden Falcon civilization.
  • They may choose to voyage further abroad, to the homeland of the “Shahadar”, rumored to be land of prosperity, where men sit upon hilltops and converse with gods, sipping the drinks of the almighty, and generally having a chill time.
  • Lastly, and my favorite, they may choose to move across the sea, following the mysterious sea peoples, or Golden explorers on “boats”, as they happen to *cough*discover “islands on the horizon”*cough*.
B.) The Golden Falcon homeland shall now and forever be called Fallah.
C.) Lands west of the Golden river is now named E’allah.
D.) Considering the entirety of the Golden peoples still consist of a giant entity, separated only by one major river, I have not bothered to different between those in Fallah (5) and E’allah (2).

-Crafters in Cho'ch'kujin will create hunting tools to trade with their fellow Sapphire Lions in Ich'ch'kani and Och'kujo, and with the Coxaca.

-Hunters in Ich'ch'kani will continue their hunts, hopefully bringing home enough food to grow their population.
-Gatherers in Ich'ch'kani will continue to domesticate millet.

-Hunters in the southern forest of Och'kujo will pursue the strange new animals of the forest. If their travels lead them about, they may wander west into the forests of Ts'koto.

OOC: Not necessary thlayli.

Yes thanks Thlayli, I was going to forget all about this, along with eating, drinking and breathing, but then I saw your post :p

In other news, missing orders from Omega and BananaLee. I know I didn't set a deadline but if you could send orders 'soon' would be good. I'm slowly working through everything.

y'all suck so I cancel this NES, mkay?

EDIT: its been a hectic time for me recently, apologies - over the next two days I am travelling to the forgotten wastes of northwest England to see my family, where I will have little to do except eat, drink beer, watch movies and update this NES.

I'd gladly suck for this nes to continue.

Erm... enjoy eating, drinking, watching and updating there where the waste is forgotton. Tell is if its radioactive, ok?

He's not allowed to take a break? The British usually have a mandatory holiday period now :)

Sorry once again, turns out there was quite a lot to do every day, and not much chance to be antiosocial in my old room with an old computer that is really struggling to handle the map with hundreds of floating objects on it... 2-3 second delays after most actions is pretty painful to work with. I only got a few hours work in on the update, which did not translate into much progress. I am travelling back tomorrow (Fri) which will take all day. How about we start a fund to buy me a laptop? :D

Yes you all deserve an update, except Thlayli :p

I *will* update even if I have to ditch a lot of the graphical touches from now on.
