Iowa and New Hampshire go first then there are 3 big regional primary's?

Why must the DNC be so dumb?

NH is, what, 92% White? The longer these states control the primaries the further the primary system's measure of "electability" drifts from the real national value.

I read somewhere that the state that most closely matches the nation ethnically, religiously, economically and in terms of urban/rural ratio is Illinois. Let's hold the primaries there.

Or better yet, arrange the primary schedule each year so that the swing states lost by the previous candidate by the smallest margin go first. That's neat too.

I'm just really really tired of hearing our politicians pander to farmers. Farmers = 2% of US population. Why won't anyone pander to people in hitech? We're the ones actually running this economy.
