Installer place UI_bc1 on default steam path. Look inside of Program files x86 directory on C:

Ahhh. Found it. Thanks for the tip! I have all my games installed on a different partition/letter drive so the installer put it in C: as you said instead of the actual Civ5 install.
 
Hi and sorry for my english
I play with a friend in multiplayer internet with Magnus mod Mods_VP_2019-07-17_EUI as TEAM 1 against AI and we have some campaigns finished on smaller maps, but on Large maps we tryed prelong the game so that he can enjoy more advanced units and tech. Im the host and more experienced with civ5 , he is just learning as we play. Problem is we never reach modern era, after we pass the renaissance era his unhapiness skyrockets, it grows and grows to the point its unplayable all cities have extra unhapiness, the highests are Distress and Poverty. I have more cities than him, more conquered lands and yet my hapiness is positive, his its negative. We tried many maps with different civs but the result its the same, if i dont rush to take all the capitals we cant finish the game(yeah we play only domination). I think its the game core fault cause we research the same tech at same time and we get it faster, trade routes to his cities are like to my own cities meaning food and production only.
Yes the game it syncs and resyncs like crazy and he says after resync the AI moves twice, we can ignore that. The problem is he cant do anything or build anything, except his capital , for some reason his capital always is positive hapiness.
Is there a way to play as a team and not having his unhapiness issues or to remove the distress unhapiness completly?

Wiki https://civ-5-cbp.fandom.com/wiki/Creating_a_Modpack is misleading:

"For Vox Populi 2-9 (February 9, 2020) and later:
  • 1: Place the new InGame.lua (from the InGame.zip you downloaded in step 1) in MP_MODSPACK/UI. Replace the existing file.
  • 2: Navigate to MP_MODSPACK/Mods/(1) Community Patch (v94)/Core Files/CoreLua and delete the InGame.lua file in that destination. These extra steps are necessary, otherwise you will be missing buttons"
First step need to be deleted/ignored cause it will broke(no buttons) all mods that add them (except Vox). InGame.lua at MP_MODSPACK/UI Must be generated by MPMPWM.

MEGA deleted my documentation files earlier this year. So I don't have much to say about Global - UP.

No crashes in Multiplayer (yet). Turn 110.

2 human players, 6 AI, Ancient Era, Fast, Continent Plus, No events

Settings:
  • 999 auto save (No idea why, I follow other people's advice I guess)
  • Disable auto end turn for multiplayer (You might missed those sweet deals uwu
Advice: If you encountered glitchy black box during your play, you might want to save, delete your cache, use directx9 and luajit... Trust me, I used a toaster laptop to play a 43 civ game....

whats the diff between the two dls?
Vox Populi 12-1 + bug fixes: is mod less? how is its mp?
It's just the latest VP published by Mr. G and the team, Keldath. I may have changed the Natural Wonders assigned plot to max value because of personal preference. I hadn't had time to play multiplayer today because of work haha. But playing it with 3rd component will cause the mod to have a few missing fonts for special civ great person.
 
I built a modpack with 12-1-3 and a few additions (3,4 UC, more wonders, enhanced naval and air warfare). When I start new game, luxuries are not spawning, anybody else had this problem?

Check Lua.log and find the last log message before the game starts. That may help diagnosing.
 
Getting back into vox populi. Playing a game with a friend on multiplayer. Is there a list of ai limitations for multiplayer? For example we are not seeing the ai declare war

We are using hotfix version of Dec 1st patch with ai set to warlord
Edit: tried again on Prince, same outcome no ai delcaring wars on either of us

Edit2: ai declared war after around 150 turns :D

Cultural Diffusion.
This is a great mod IMHO but hasn't been updated for years. I think it brings realism to city spacing and an interesting new competitive dimension to Civ. It kinda works already with CBP but there are glitches.
Any chance???
 
Version 1.0 was released , any chance for a new modpack ? am getting an error installing with the VP installer but this version worked just fine for me
 
I'm sorry I wasn't specific , I'm looking for CP + EUI preferably modpack , only versions I found is on the installer not working for me and this version

Which crashes after pressing next turn

For me two things i have done have caused this issue. 1. not clearing the cache folder. 2. leaving older mod packs stored in the assets folder.
Oh and can confirm the 7-1 and newer modpacks have this issue.
