Do black people smell more then white people?

In the gym locker rooms it is always the black students who smell the worst, before and after. Has there been any findings on why blacks smell different from the white students?

I read before on Wikipedia that asians have less sweat glands per square centimeter and this might be why I never notice them, but when I told this to some asian student he denied it saying "lol I sweat like pig though!" But I think in reality asians have less sweat glands.

Is it cultural that black people smell so noticeably? Or do they have some genetic thing like the sweat glands of asians that give them a different scent?

It may be the types of food that the cultured group eats, or some other habit.

But "Blacks" is a useless term in this context. There is no one place of origin for people culturally ascribe as black in western society. In some cases, Mediterranean/southern European and southwest Asian people have been called "Black/African American". So the genetic aspect is kinda out the window if using such a wide label.

ah, I meant then specifically Somalians. They are near from Ethiopia which had those "Slender Ethiopian noses". But they are muslim, maybe their religion bids them to wash only do a ritualistic cleaning only before prayer but some of them are really just non-religious so this cultural habit dosen't satisfy answer.

Nah ther noses arn't better but they are different, Caucasoid noses are long to make the air warmer, negroes have shorter noses but wider to get filter out dust, but smells, I honestly think that everyone smells scents the same when using a *human* nose.
Though the smells they give off must be different, like asians already established that they have less sweat glands but do negroes, conglonese, have anything like this?

why the foods they eat or the lifestyle they life would have any effect on their scent.

I think how you smell depends on your diet. I smell much better when I changed my diet from red meat to fish. I do think that Indians smell stronger however, people around here attribute it to their diet of coconuts.

They know they smell, teachers remind them all the time, so they overcompensate by spraying axe axe axe, and then they ask everyone for more axe XD
Hey! my mother has said that these deodorants have a negative effect on the body and at this age (high school) it is better to not use any of these products.
New theory! Does using deodorant like axe make you in the future even more smelly?

And fwiw, I think the OP is utter crap. I have never noticed any particlar 'smell' associated with any race, by virtue of their race and nothing else, and the whole notion is just silly to be honest.

There is a racial difference in smell. WHite people dislike the black smell, blacks dislike the asians and asians dislike the white smell.
