Very rarely. Growing up, neither family nor friends used curse words a lot, so it didn't become part of my vocabulary early. With occasional exception (e.g. when suffering physical injury), I can generally find more effective words to convey what I'm trying to say.
Does it bother me when others swear? Not if it actually adds to what they're trying to say. But if it's gratuitous, or for the sake of using swear words, it can.
Speaking of dams, I certainly find the following quote very entertaining :
The Democrats are going to change the name of the Hoover Dam. That is the silliest thing I ever heard of in politics . . . Lord if they feel that way about it, I don't see why they don't just reverse the two words.
