Steam is a client, a games library manager and online storefront.
It's also the thing that's required for Civilization V,
much to many a CFCer's chagrin, but that's a story for a different thread.

When you're done, I'll PM you the key and in the client, the bottom left corner should say: +ADD GAME
Click Activate a Product on Steam, agree to the agreements and then input the code.

#OOT but I wonder your methodology on that one... are you adding a brand new Venetian civilization or are you sculpting the Italy to start at Venice, change the LH, Area spawn, UHV etc?

My original idea was to add Venice as a civ and change Italy's spawn to 1416 as Savoy.
