There could be problems with that, though (keeping the same list, I mean: shuffling was always the plan).
Taking the trouble to sign up again proves that a person is still interested, which would hopefully iron out delays caused by lack of interest, and IMO that's more courteous to the players, too: I wouldn't want to feel put upon to draw a picture in a game I didn't explicitly sign up for, so as not to delay it.
What you did was keep the same list, skip players who didn't respond within 48 hours and put any pictures or captions received afterwards in a supplement, right? That works, but a) it means players won't be sure beforehand whether they're set to do a picture or a caption, and b) it opens up the possibility of ending on a picture unexpectedly.
For now, I'd prefer to ask players to sign up again, although opinions on this matter are welcome from all comers.

If you are interested in playing in Round 2, please sign up now! (or 'again' if you played in Round 1). In this round, the order of signups won't matter because you'll be shuffled. If you were in the last round and drawing a picture, I'll try to set you up to do a caption, and vice versa. Can't promise perfect results, though.
