EB Store Update

Local EB store (downtown Montreal) told me she'd only have it on Thursday (the 27th) even though she confirmed today (that was on Saturday). So, I'll call her tomorrow around noon to ask again if she got Civ4 in stock.....

I mean, I have the week off to play and they push it back to Thursday.... I'll ONLY have 2 days to enjoy it before going to work and getting back to school, it's unfair!

Gave a call back to EB in Calgary and they said it should be tomorrow. But really, nobody has any clue.

I was just at my local EB Games to check out if they received the game or not yet. They hadn't and the girl said it would be in tomorrow, but just as I was leaving, Purolator pulled up and was unloading about 10 boxes for the store. I couldn't stick around to see, but i wonder if CIV4 was included in that shipment??? I'm going to check again after work.

after freaking out many times and hearing about how ebgames seems to be shipping today, i cancelled my Amazon order and ordered from eb. I hope you guys weren't toying with me

Every conversation at each of the 5 stores I called was exactly the same. I mean exactly, like they had been programmed.

Me: Hello, do you have civ4 in yet?

Person: No, it is released tommorow

Me: Is there any chance you'll get it later today?

Heh, well I'm stuck here at Purdue Cal till about 8pm, which means if I want to get it, I need to leave the school and head straight there since they close at 9, (it'll take me about 20 minutes to get there from where I'm at) I'm reluctant to go since I don't want to go all the way out there and find out the game didn't arrive. So I'll be checkin back here around 8ish to see if anyone else got it. If I have to wait till tomorrow it won't be a big deal. Who am I kidding, I'm going nuts right now cause I have to wait an extra day to play
