Sorry if it is actually coming from this, which I hope it isn't, but think it is and cannot do anything about it at the moment. Hopefully in 48 hours I will be able to release a well tested version, but if some stuff in real life goes wrong (giving about a 40% probability) , it will be delayed even further.

its weird..i don't see any reason to this problem..Leoreth don't make any change in Dynamic.py

New Update. Following changes:
Default vassal name for Japan now Prefecture of ___
Reformatted some Chinese vassal names to be more consistent
Default Indonesia vassal name now Kedatuan of ___
Default Thailand vassal name now Mueang of ___
Fixed some laziness by me that was breaking games
I'll deal with Japan vassals some more in the next update, along with hopefully more default vassal names and some religious names for some civilizations.

everyone else should go from:

as it fulfills a kind of dependent criteria you'd expect from a vassal state or dependency.

Oh, we don't need to put unique name for all civilization possible, do we? I think when there's no name worthy enough, it should stays generic; but when there's one.. I think Kedatuan Syangkayodhyapura sounds terrific

That one is from the Internet; once I saw a book in the Bookstore about Majapahit that features a map of Asia,Middle East,and Horn of Africa with its Ancient Javanese map; There is a more complete list there, but unfortunately I forgot those names
I might try finding that book again if I have the chance. 
Anyways, the book is called "Majapahit : Peradabaan Maritim" ("Majapahit : Maritime Empire")That would be more fitting, but I never saw the name Colamandala before
Yup, tapi Kedaton itu spelling Jawa-nya Kedatuan gan menurut Wikipedia hehe. spelling Malay kuno nya memang Kadatuan hehe ^^ By the way, judging dari nama Chola yg di buku-buku sejarah jadi Colamandala, apa jangan-jangan penggunaan ending
