EE2 Future Units Kit 2016-10-05

my expected time this week was much less than thought, but nevertheless

number 5 and 6 linked to the gunship animation (for number 6 you should use the tiger animation or another changed gunship animation with a changed weapon effect), this time all textures incl, shader version should have damage stats, no ingame test so far, so report problems here

the models i thought would best fit to the jetfighter animation, number 1, 4 (second gloss texture with fewer gloss included) and 22 please test them (atm it´s only non shader, shader will follow) and look if the jetFighter animations (intercept, bombing) works like they should

number 24: is there already an existing F117 model for civ4?

'NiTriShaped' the model has ~400 poly but uses two 256 textures :confused: -will also upload the civ4 ready non shader version of the EE2 F117 (~480 poly, 256 texture, 128 gloss)

netfirelauncher (# 18) made to mobile sam (~ 1400 polys), fx version should have damage stats, not tested in game

edit:
no need for a new post, finished the one which should imo get the stelath bomber ani, # 17 and #19, both have a very low polycount (~170, ~210, flying triangles), fx version should have damage stats, not tested in game

# 21 is the vanilla civ4 stealth bomber (b2)

if i´m right only the mechs number 7 and 8 are left (helicopter number 7 will only got a conversation by request [more than one])

edit 2: had some funny issues with the mobile sam, with the now attached aniamtion it worked (just in case there are more than one out)

Yeah, I've marked the ones that are done with a * now. I think I got them all - once the set is complete (or as complete as its going to get). Then we should bundle them all up with some nice in game screenshots.

and let me first finish the last ('once completed') and get some feedback that all works
 
8. HercElecWarfare got his animation, polycount around ~1550 (+100 for bomb version), two version, one with the bomb (or whatever this should be) one without, for both fx and no fx version.

And yes, i want him that small (also the animation was created imagine a small mech drone)

custom animation (run should look like a cheetah - but imo it could also be a frog :rolleyes: )

edit: repairHerc (#9) got his animation ('run' isn´t really perfect), ~1100 poly, shader and non shader version

edit2: fx version for the four jetfighters posted above (only the nifs and the jetfighter damage textures, textures are inlcuded in the zip above)

so if somebody could give a bit feedback (if all works like it should), we could consider this porting as finished :crazyeye:

I'm happy to the bundling up, although it'll be next weekend now.

ok, did the imo most needed, both striker and the sensor destroyer,

the strikers use the mobile sam aniamtion posted before, humvee (you won´t believe how much trouble this little car made) has ~1350 poly, rpg ~ 1000, shader version have damage texture (mobile sam damaga texture), non shader not. It could be that the wheels of the humvee aren´t rigged 100% centered and 'run' looks a bit wrong (but imo not enough to repeat the export ...)

the sensor destroyer comes uses destroyer animation, also included a changed strike animation to have them use rockets (use this kf with the nifs with _rockets - otherwise the effect will be to big), ~1000 poly, damage texture only supported by shader version

and the last three:

jagdpanther (ht), 810 poly, comes in two version (normal EE gun and a version with reduced gun [suffix _sg]), rest like ever

halftrack (ht), 1152 polys, use the inlcuded kfs for this unit (at least use the strike), rest like ever

both units uses modern armor animation (beside the changed files for the ht) and also need this textures

modern ari:

1066 poly, again normal and reduced gun version, uses the above uploaded mobile ari animation (post 86)

finished :D
