Elimination Game Thread - Which Civs Need a Second Leader?

Arabs (4-3)=1 Given Saladin's non-military appearance, it might be hard to distinguish a second leader from him.
Chinese 33
Egyptians 31
English 16
French 31
Germans 18
Indians 34
Russians (9+1)=10 Can last for a little longer

Arabs 1
Chinese 33
Egyptians 31 + 1 = 32 (Could use a military option to pair with the more peaceable and tradey-Cleopatra's ability; maybe Thutmose III, Rameses II, or Senusret III)
English 16
French 31
Germans 18 - 3 = 15 (Germany is known for its military. Even with notably accomplished and homosexual Frederick II of Prussia as a secondary leader, for example, the military flavor of Germany would be represented by both its leaders. This is not necessary in my opinion--it would be better to have a leader known for peace and a leader known more for war, for example, Egypt's Cleopatra paired with Thutmose III)
Indians 34
Russians 10

Arabs 1 - 3 = -2 - Eliminated - Their leader is the worthiest of the remaining civs (except for Peter)
Chinese 33
Egyptians 32
English 16
French 31
Germans 15
Indians 34
Russians 10 + 1 = 11 - Upvoting again, before downvoting)

Arabs 2
Chinese 33
Egyptians 32
English 16
French 32 (31+1) Her presentation has not been successful.
Germans 15
Indians 34
Russians 8 (11-3) a Medieval ruler would not be important enough, a Renaissance leader is well represented, the industrial age was more of a hole and later a separate Soviet Civ would be interesting.

Chinese 33
Egyptians 32
English 16
French 32
Germans 15
Indians 35 (34+1) Would like a leader from pre-colonial India.
Russians 5 (8-3) The rest have more worthier reasons.

Chinese 33
Egyptians 32
English 16
French 32
Germans 15
Indians 35+1=36 - Gandhi is not a leader!
Russians 5-3=2 - Peter is good enough for now.

Chinese 33
Egyptians 32
English (16+1)=17 A male leader would be nice. I wouldn't object to Elizabeth I, but that would make England seem like a progressive nation for most of its history. :p
French 32
Germans 15
Indians 36
Russians 2-3=0 Eliminated! Peter is good enough for now

Chinese 33
Egyptians 32 + 1 = 33 (Egypt could use a military leader, as opposed to one that presided over its defeat)
English 17
French 32
Germans 15 - 3 = 12 (Military flavor associated with Germany already capably presented by Barbarossa's presence (anachronistic armor and stiff animation though he may bear, at least his choosing was a good choice))
Indians 36

Chinese 33
Egyptians 33
English 17 - 3 = 14 I do not think a priority for the second English leader is so far above a Russian leader (who has already fallen) and a German leader (who is already falling).
French 32
Germans 12
Indians 36 + 1 = 37 India needs not just more one leader, but two more leaders. One of them must be Ashoka.

Chinese 33 - 3 = 30 - lowest priority of those left
Egyptians 33
English 14 + 1 = 15 - they need a leader for England proper
French 32
Germans 12
Indians 37

Chinese 31 (30+1) One of Earths oldest civilisations with countless dynasties is far from lowest priority.
Egyptians 33
English 15
French 29 (32-3) Each of these are worthy of a second leader in some way but I like France being less focused on war but instead information gathering.
Germans 12
Indians 37

Chinese 32 (31+1) I think the end battle should be between China, India and Egypt.
Egyptians 33
English 15
French 26 (29-3) Because you have the most point left out of the european civs.

Germans 12-3=9 - I would like to see the Iron Chancellor again, but compared to other Civs here, he can wait. After all, Frederick Barbarossa is a good choice to represent Germany.
Indians 37+1=38 - Approaching the 40 club...

Chinese 29 (32-3) I don't think China is portrayed as badly as some of the other civs here with the leader choice.
Egyptians 34 (33+1) An earlier leader for Egypt would be nice. It's often forgotten that ptolemaic (and roman) Egypt was indeed a flourishing country and that it doesn't have to shy away from earlier times. But I'd be happier with an earlier ruler. Preferably Middle Kingdom, but I could live with an Old Kingdom ruler as well. My beloved 26th dynasty is probably seen too close to the Ptolemies by some, but that is of course garbage.

French (26+1)=27 Cathy de Medici can't represent France all by herself.
Germans (9-3)=6 I find less priority for a second leader for Germany. I don't care too much about Bismarck returning.
Indians 38

Chinese 29
Egyptians 34
English 15-3=12 While Victoria can't be England's only leader, but options are thinning and choices must be made.
French 27
Germans 6
Indians 38+1=39 Just one more to 40. Gandhi is to iconic in civ to leave out and India has such of a wide variety of rulers from it's empires and kingdoms that it would be a waste to not to give India more leaders.

Chinese 29 - 3 = 26 - I am most satisfied with the Chinese leader even though I would not pick him if I were to design the civs
Egyptians 34
English 12
French 27
Germans 6 + 1 = 7 - Come on, Germany needs Bismarck
Indians 39

Chinese 26 + 1 = 27 (As one of the world's oldest civs, known for excelling in almost all categories, it could use a scientific/Great Writer based conqueror like Kangxi, a religious/conquering leader like Wu Zetian, etc.)
Egyptians 34
English 12
French 27
Germans 7 - 3 = 4 Germany's military might is already well represented, and the cultural angle of Germany can be represented by other leaders later, but it's hardly a priority.

Germans 4-3=1 - Compared to others here, a second German leader isn't a priority. Sorry, Bismarck.
Indians 39+1=40 - They really deserve to get an actual leader.

French 28 (27+1) France is a great civ to portray in a game. Countless wonders, countless great leaders. Would be one of the first choices for me to include a second one, no matter how good the first one is.
Germans 1 as if Germany would only have Bismarck as an option... there's so many options, no need to repeat them all the time. Even if Bismarck might have been one of the greatest diplomats ever and is responsible to some degree for the kind of states we life in today (at least in Europe, but I guess many reforms going back to his time in office are in place in many other states in the world).
Indians 37 (40-3) Don't you run away. Having just been at one of Gandhi's resting places also put me a bit at rest with him leading India. He was indeed a great man. Of course, India has many other options as well.
