Sigh. christos, you're making demands of powers that are far stronger than you, then insulting them when they don't comply. This is part of the reason you have a hard time finding allies. You tend to be more of a liability than an asset.

Did you honestly expect that someone who has a far bigger army and navy than yours would have any reason to do as you demanded? You're really just pissing the major powers off, which is generally a bad thing for small states. Diplomacy is a subtle art.

The declaration of war on Serbia was also a terrible idea; Russia may be defender of the Greeks (i'll take your word on that, not terribly familiar with that region in this time period), but Serbia is Russia's little brother. Plus the fact that a rather large coalition had just been assembled to defend it.

Italy hereby declares war on Greece.

Bolivia is a nation situated in the center of South America. Since the mid 1860s it has been a landlocked nations stuck between much more sizable nations such as Brazil and Chile. During the early 20th Century it was going through the a stage of great libratarian support which was personified by their great leader Ismael Montes:

Although it isn't a world power there is possibility of Bolivia becoming a sizable nations within South America. It is said that the only thing holding it back is its own self confidence.

Russia will go ahead and guarantee the independence of the player states in Central/South America.

EDIT - After news reached St. Petersburg of the massacre of Russian citizens and burning of Russian property in Greece, Russia hereby issues an ultimatum:

Greece will relinquish Morea and Achea as independent states, will cede three provinces to the Ottoman Empire, and will enter vassal ship of the Allied powers, under the direct command of Russia, or be destroyed by combined Russian and Italian armies.

Give Crete to Italy. :P

Give Crete to Italy. :P

Sure

Revised treaty:

Greece releases Achea and Morea as vassals of Italy
Cede Crete (and any Aegean Isles that are still Greek) to Italy
Cede to the Ottoman Empire 3 territories (OR form them as an independent vassal of Russia)
Greece becomes a protectorate of the Allied powers, under the direct command of Russia.
Greece will pay 50% of its yearly income to Serbia

We agree w/ Russia's proposal and urge Greece to accept it or face worse conditions.

Cede to the Ottoman Empire 3 territories (OR form them as an independent vassal of Russia)

I realize Britain has nothing to do with the war, but we pressure you to not give the Ottomans anything. Jumping onto a war you can't lose just to reap the benefits, especially from an already-poor state, is an offense to Britain.

That's why we offered the "OR form an independent vassal."

I'm just stating my support of the latter. :p
