Can you build civilian structures in cities you don't fully control?

It is not too late to join, hop on in!

And no, you have to fully control them OR be given permission by the owner of the community, in all cases the official government. It cannot be a community in conflict or otherwise.

Army: 300 Farmers 10 (Food) Trucks
Navy: 1 PT Boat
Air Force: none
Structures: 1 Camp
Government: Representative Clan Council. (Each family or bachlor group a Clan.)
Base: River between Nessos and Blue JT, if that is too close to power, put me somewhere else with lots of bananas and tourists.

A former union now turned group, this group of angrey-at-high-taxes banana growers hijacked a local PT boat and camoed their trucks. They will still sell food at a higher rate and will force out those that won't join their fraternity. (Do I need camp for trucks? If not, i'll take extra farmers)

Just a little fun thing to put my finger in the pie. If I steal some time, I might rejoin my NESes, but then, I'll likely won't

From: Francis of Smith, Chairman of the Democratic Alliance

Most Honorable Gentlemen, we all have the same goal, to restore the will of the people to the governance of these Islands. We would like to discuss potential cooperation between our respective groups, so we may pose a united front against tyranny and oppression.

To: Francis of Smith, Chairman of the Democratic Alliance
From: Rev. Jonathan Harerra

Sounds like an intelligent idea.

Pueblo also is interested.

Sounds like an intelligent idea.

Pueblo also is interested.

The UBW is also listening to any ideas.

We would like to discuss this through more private channels. (I will set up a social group and send out invites). We hope that we can bring liberty, prosperity and democracy back to this great nation.

Dear brothers, old, forgotten servants of Islas del Hacha...

I am Saint Joaquin of my brotherhood, Bloodhands of Christ. While serving our Lord, the pitiful son of a hound Clarke banished my church and killed many of our brothers - may the monks rest in Heaven! - God has no more patience for the wrongdoer. Last has the pig Clarke's words even sent you to banishment and humiliation. Who is the pig Clarke to decide before God? Our lord has not forgotten you - I have not forgotten you - and I lend you my blood and the blood of my brothers, and the blood of our enemies, as you shall be the one true NEW ORDER of this Kingdom of God, held sacred in life and purity.

God's eyes are watching you. He reaches out for you, offers His mighty sword, and the angels, to return to Him what is rightfully His - One kingdom, under His word, and our hands to act on His will. We are his true servants, not the pig Clarke.

Reply in kind, and we shall not pity those who would bring their sins to God's Kingdom!

Saint Joaquin the Benevolent

While I respect your beliefs and am saddened as well by Clarke's abolition of the church, I do not see how I can be of service to your cause. I am merely a former soldier trying to live out his retirement in peace. I do not see how I could possibly be one of the Lord's chosen. So for now I see no way I could possibly aid your movement. However, I do believe God is with you, padre, and I wish you luck.
