I'm guessing the most tedious part of this pack was all the UV mapping that must have been involved. It definitely paid off with all these beautiful units! Nicely done!! :goodjob:

Great pack. :)

I like Foot and Mounted Crossbowmen. :)
Unfortunately, Milanese Horse Crossbowman HM has no FLC files.

Well done imperator! I checked the thread earlier, and have been since trying to think of how in the devil I'm going to fit these units in my mod! :D And then I was surprised when I came back - and there were lots more units! And then I realized - you've previewed units for this pack which still aren't in this thread!

Spoiler How in the hell I'm thinking of fitting them in :D :
In my scenario (set in the age of discovery), Italy is ruled by one Italian civ comprising of Tuscany, Lombardy, Genoa, Savoy, Venice and the Papal States (as well as the Knights of St. John and Albania), and the rest of the lands (Naples, Sicily, Sardinia) are under Spanish control. Also, Ragusa in the Balkans is under Austrian/Hungarian control.

So, what I'm thinking of doing, is using the units from Milan, Piedmont and, to a lesser extent, Savoy for the "main" Italian units (with any spare being used as much-needed mercenaries for other civs), Venetian units to be built in the Venetian holdings of Crete and Cyprus, and the Southern Italian/Neopolitan units for Spain in Europe (Iberia itself is cut off by the Pyrenees, so this can be done). Unfortunately, this leaves the Papal units. On the one hand, I could use them in for the Knights of St. John in Malta+Rhodes (since these islands already have a special resource for Knights' Hospitalier units, of which there are none past the middle ages), but I'm not sure... And any spare artillery can be used to represent Ragusan artillery, for which they were famous for.

:goodjob:
This comes as a complement to your existing Italian packs, or should we wait some updates of all your animations?

I'm starting to work to a complement for my previous pack, but I think that in a future I would expand the 16th section and add Florence and Genoa.

i spent already more than 2 hours watching and thiking about these units. great job , although some of the units are darker, i dont contest their quality but for playing they coul be a little brighter. of course the battle was muddy, one can say that. i was particularly hit by the superb unit called milanese swordsman high medieval and the arabian mounted crossbowman for which i request also a mounted attack.:crazyeye:

H O L Y C R A P! :faint:

Wow. That's a whole bunch of units. It must have been a lot of work.

The units look great, too.
