Language: Greek

Government: Representative Democracy, at least in name

Style: Peaceful Traders who mostly just want to occupy a bunch of islands and trade stuff with people.

Military: Moderate Power, mostly SPAAAARTANs. Large, Powerful Navy.

I made large provinces because most of the land is useless desert.

IMO you should give everyone seven claims, since the number of territories effect the number of armies IIRC.
