That's not being "forced to live", that's being denied the right to die. There is a big difference.
In England at least, Doctors can switch off life support systems and allow a patient to die naturally, they just can't assist the death of someone unable to commit suicide.
First of all - doctors don't save lives, they extend them. Everyone dies eventually. If someone is terminally ill and wants to die to avoid even worse suffering, why shouldn't they be allowed to. A doctor's duty is to provide the best medical care available to the patient. If no medical care can be given to ease the pain enough, I believe that they should be allowed to die if they want to.
It seems exactly the same to me. If you're denied the right to die, then you're forced to live...

What I mean to say is that even if treatment is the only thing keeping you alive, Doctors can refuse to administer such treatment in some circumstances.
This is different from assisting the death of someone who is in pain, but would survive without treatment.

One could survive just as brain in a jar.
It is easy for me to say so nowadays, but I think there should be a clean way out of life without questions asked.

No. But that does not mean you could not et all. it is potentialy possible.
