A nice bourgeois couple in Manhatten get embroiled with erotic masked balls and then don't learn anything at the end.
Heroin is awesome! Oh wait, an old bat gets addicted to barbiturates, her son loses his arm, his best friend becomes a dealer and gets cought and his girlfriend becomes a prostitute!
Heroin is awesome, but isn't: the original Scottish version.

Travel through space, then bring an alien aboard that kills most of the crew.
It's too politically incorrect to feature British as villians, so we do aliens instead.
Oh well, you can feature British as villians, you just have to disguise them as animals.
