Chuggi has done an asian explorer which seems to fit (according to him) so I'm not going to do one yet.

This may sound upset or ungrateful, but I'm just trying to be factual, so bear with me...
Both you and DK said you'd do it... both said they "started" on the unit, then both put out unit, after unit, after unit, after unit after they "started" on it... weeks/months went by.
You'll have to remember myself (and several others) actually requested a German Great General BEFORE CD v1.0 even released... you've repeatedly said you'd hate to "waste" the effort on your mini-Hitler, and v1.0 released... again, multiple folks said "please make a real German Great General" (I wasn't alone on this), then you said you would... made a bunch of units, then released v1.1 (without a GGG). More recently, you said you would (again), but flat-out stated, it wouldn't be in v1.2 either (which hasn't released yet). Then more recently, you told me to "make it myself".
Which I took for a "you'll have your Rommel when Hell freezes over".
So when you slow-leak a unit, release tons of new units after you said you'd make it... weeks pass by and you say "make it yourself"... I'm supposed to believe it's coming out from you any day now?
I'm doing the only thing I can do, which you basically told me to do... "Make it myself" (which in my book, means subcontract it out).
All I know is that a GGG was requested BEFORE v1.0 of your mod came out (you previewed Hitler, and everyone who commented wanted someone else)... I wasn't the only one to request it... v1.0 came out, several people (self-included) again requested a GGG... v1.1 came out... no GGG... you said yourself, there wouldn't be one in v1.2 either.but you can make him if you like.
I just want a GGG... I don't care who makes it... if someone wants to make it, please make it... just don't say you'll make it, then release 20 new models and two or three versions of a mod, and nobody's seen hide nor hair of the model... and act like you have exclusive rights when you're dragging the release of the unit.
...and certainly don't straight-up tell Wolf "go make it yourself"... because when you do that, I take you up on the offer and go look for a subcontracter! Please note, I stopped talking to you about the GGG after you made that statement... if you don't want to do a unit, just tell me, and I'll look elsewhere... I thought you were pretty clear on that point.

I really don't care who makes it... I'm fine with Chuggi or NikNaks making it... I just want it to see the light of day before I die. After Chuggi said he'd do it, I saw about 20 other units come out from Chuggi, a couple of mod versions released, then a "make it yourself". I'm fine with that, Chugg doesn't owe me anything, just don't be surprised if I follow his advice and ask someone else to do it.
Just somebody make one that looks less like Hitler and more like Rommel (or any other German General from WWII), and before my death... it's not like I was the only one who thought Hitler didn't fit the role of a WWII German General either. Whoever does one, I'm sure the effort would be appreciated by many.

By definition:

I am going to finish him eventually, but it could be weeks (I make units for enjoyment, not just the "demand" for them). Also, as I've said before, you can mod it back to the default general rather than Hitler while you wait. I mean, you weren't so demanding of a German Warlord before I made the Hitler unit.
I don't mind if NikNaks makes him in the meantime because mine probably won't be finished for a while.
