A voice now reverberates through rooms all across eastern europe...rooms which by pure coincidence also happen to be hosting the leaders of all the great countries of eastern europe.
"Witness the Turkish menace rise again. Last time, it was the Ottoman Turks under the dreaded Sultan. This time they hide behind the banner of this Platonic Republic. Make no mistake, my nation, this area of land you call Wallachia, is the only barrier between the lands of Rus and this Turk menace. This Turk Menace names our moves aggressive, yet as I have said to this weak Sultan, he invades upon lands that are rightfully european with an unclaimed anatolia to his back. Let the Turks take lands that do not encroach upon other peoples.

The Platonic Republic like to note certain notions: We are focus not on ethnicity but on the word of Yamek or Plato as he be in Greek. We unify the Greek and the Turkish tounges; we are of peace. We are guided by a council of philosopher kings whose high representative is primarily a voice but not a traditional head of state for wisdom is conducted. That not to say I am powerless but know that the voice of justice heeds the collective talks of our council. It seems to us that a kakistocrat who governs Wallachia has sposed hypocrisies: he calls our expansion to secure our capital in the Euro side "aggression" when it is he who has began a process of othering against the Platonic Republic with a expansion plan that oddly aims at going towards our capital, as if the figure has plans to attack Yamek. We do not know the practical purpose of this for there is room in Romania to expand, yet this figure is lecturing us on expanding into Turkey instead of securing our Euro side at notes to the nearer powers such as Queen Alexandria's imperium and now a kakistocrat with big words, sparse and little wisdom. We intent to expand in peace, of ensuring security of Plato's ideals regardless of race, gender and cultural belonging: it is Wallachia who uses racial usages against us, thus making them as foolish as the twin giants (America and China) who sank this world into nuclear fire over their irrational hatreds. In the time pass doomsday it will be the just that will prevail and rebuild Byzantium, Constantinople, Istanbul or (our name for it) Yamek.

Military Organization of the Romanov Tsardom
The Military of the Romanov Tsardom[1] is organized into four distinct types of regiments, specializing in many different functions.
Imperial Army Regiment (Light): The Imperial Army continues the great Russian tradition of overwhelming force. These badly equipped, badly trained and weak willed regiments have only one redeeming feature as a fighting unit, the sheer amount of them. As Romanov Tsardom boasts one of the largest populations in the Wasteland[2], the army constantly receives reinforcements in the form of young men and women joining up to reclaim the Empire. The standard Russian soldier receives an AK-4700[3], various uniforms for various weather conditions[4] and rations[5]. Officers will have better quality uniforms, a side arm and a sword. These Regiments do not have much in the way of heavy artillery, but they do usually have a few heavy machine guns and some light artillery. While there Imperial Army is technically a standing army, it is expected that
Imperial Cavalry Regiment (Medium): Consisting of mainly young nobles and occasionally a few peasants with exceptional horse riding skills. These units are well equipped compared to their Imperial Army counterparts and are the subject of much scorn and envy. They are mainly used for scouting, flanking, escorting convoys and the occasional cavalry charge.
Imperial Armoured Regiment (Heavy): Imperial Army Regiments consist of heavy artillery, the occasional tank, very rarely planes and the people who operate and maintain them. These regiments are used to level enemy armies, bases and occasionally towns to the ground. They are usually heavily protected by the Imperial Army and the Imperial Cavalry as they often contain pre-war technology that would be difficult to replace.
New Cossacks (Special/Elite + Medium/Heavy): Named after the elite group of horse riders of old, the New Cossacks are made up of the best of the best. They are one of many of Peter’s new initiatives and they are one of the most successful. They are given the best of the best equipment[6] and they are given much more choice and freedom in their operations and equipment than the standard solider. That is because it is known that they will get the job done. They are used for important and dire situations, occasionally they will be loaned out to the Imperial Inquisition for large scale black operations. A unit of New Cossacks guards the Emperor and the capital.
BONUS SECRET ORGANIZATION:
Imperial “Black Order” Inquisition: Informally known as the Black Order, the Imperial Inquisition is fanatically loyal to the Emperor. Reminiscent of the KGB of old, their agent keeps the population in line with fear and roots out dissent mercilessly. The general public is terrified of them, as most agents’ identities are well-guarded secrets, anyone in your town could have the power to kill you and send your family to a Gulag if they overhear you speak poorly about the government or the Emperor. The Inquisition also is in charge of covert operations against other countries, they perform this duty with a similar fanaticism to their normal duties, but with less impressive results.
[1] – This refers to the areas of the Russian Empire directly under the control of the Emperor, or areas where the Emperor has a direct influence on the appointment of the region's ruler. His more autonomous vassals (mainly the Petrograd Republic) have independent military organizations that cooperate with the general armed forces.
[2] – Rumours of genetic engineering made to increase the fertility of Russian citizens and the frequency of multiple births are lies spread by heretics and communists to further undermine the harmony and unity of the Russian Empire. These rumours are best ignored, citizen.
[3] – Modern equivalent of the AK-47s.
[4] – Mainly uniforms specialised for extremely cold and wet climates.
[5] – Usually disgusting emergency food, poor quality vodka and water.
[6] – The finest motorcycles and horses, new experimental weaponry, the most warm winter coats ect ect.

Thank you Argos, i've been meaning to post here for a bit.
Firstly unfortunately i have done NO work on a new update :/
So I am leaving it up to the people playing. Is there enough interest here for me to continue this IOT for the time being, there have been a massive influx of IOTs and I 100% understand if we want to put this one on hold until the forum thins out a bit.
If you want me to continue I will get working on an update ASAP.
To answer your quesiton Argos, if it is decided that we want to continue this game now, then go right ahead and follow the rules for joining on page one. If the game is put off for a bit, you can still join, but don't expect to play for a while.
