Just walking down the street, the 400-500 pounders evoke some sort of disgust in me.

But I don't really have much issue with your typical fat person, and I tend to think most people who consider themselves fat are overexaggerating.

I think you got left and right mixed up in one end of your sentence (I don't know which). I assume the first sentence should be 'one on the left'?
