The gallery isn't working for that picture. Dunno if it's just me, but it's blank.

Yea, CGSociety called it a technical problem...
It´s up now

Yeah now it works. I refreshed multiple times before but must have kept using the cache or something.

Nice, definitely fits with most of the human civs. I'd say for Grigori, Kuriotates (unless they have some other race toting guns), Lanun, Hippus. At least. Probably for Elohim too. Calabim could work, but a special one would be sweet (black cape and western style black hat), can Doviello use them? In that case this might work, otherwise maybe with some wolf hides or something instead of the leather. Malakim probably need a special graphics for theirs.

Or is this some late game mercenary? Then forget what I said. :p

And oh, nicely done btw.

Na, I called it Mercenary, not to have to create more versions of it. More or less to explain why every civ´s arquebus will look the same (except dwarven).
The problem is, all those you mentioned are really really low priority and my time will become much shorter soon, so I dont think I´ll ever come around to create civ-specific versions of it (race specific has to be enough).

I understand, what I wrote wasn't requests of any kind, just me babbling of what I would like to see. :p

As you're working on non-human units, is there any chance of one or two more for the Infernals, especially finishing their archery line. It's a little irritating when my mighty end-game crusade pours into the hellish lands of the demons, only to see humans defending their cities

small update 13.o1.o9

A revised Courtesan, as complaints about the placeholder were understandable....

Looks great seZ, Im excited!

*blink*

I just realized I've never really utilized the Balseraph recon line. I think I should start doing that more.

Am I the only person who thinks that the courtesan looks a bit "masculine" in the face area?

I mean it's a good model and all, I just get the impression it's a male from its face.

An unfortunate side effect of the low poly-count making faces angular (and, thus, more masculine), or the finest joke the Balseraph empire has ever played?
And, wait, you were looking at her/his face?

That makes me wonder: Do Taskmasters upgrade to Courtesans? If so, does that mean this model is actually a guy in drag? Hmmm... ;)

not unless silicone is a mutation from a chaos node, or maybe thats the new spell for creation mana.

Its very well done SeZereth, Ignore the teasing.

Agreed, although I'm part of the teasing. Faces, being... well, faces, are a huge pain to do right from what I've seen, even if you've got more polygons than I'd like to count, a multi-million dollar budget, and years to fiddle with. That you do such consistently awesome work within the constraints of the Civ IV engine is... awe-inspiring.
