Can Flesh Golems use Great Commanders?

- Niilo

Yes, but they can't use Poisoned Blade (only recon units) or Spiritual Hammers (only disciple units).

if they get those promotions from a some hackngraft-they disappear like metal promotions right?

I didn't knew about that, but the question is exhausted now, I suppose :D

My question: What was the (quite annoying) feature of lizardmen in some older versions?

So what was the answer to best flesh golem without cheating?

abashi and eurabatres, both mutated to +2,
with the golem blessed and led by gc.

Which leader pictures are borrowed from the work of Justin Sweet? Bonus points if you also say which leader used to have a Justin Sweet picture.

Here is my question. Which tech has the following quote:

"Here an unholy mob of torturers, with an unquenchable thirst for human blood, once fed their long frenzy. Our homeland is safe now, the baneful pit destroyed, and what was once a place of savage death is now a scene of life and health."

I don't think that quote appears anywhere in the game right now. Is it from an earlier version of FFH? And if anyone is curious as to how credible my statement is, try searching the gametext xml file.

Im positive its in the current version of FfH2 (and its been in for quite a while). But of course its not as easy as searching a file to find the answer.

Way of the wicked? I remember it has some latin quote which mentions torturum in the first verse, though I never knew right translation I think it could be it.
EDIT: Just checked it, it has words hic (here), mors (death), patria (homeland) apromaxely at the right places.

Heh. Sneaky...

Yeap, thats correct! Your turn.

There is a unit which was renamed since FfH 1, it now has different name. However at least four civs still keep that old, original name for their unique unit replacements. Name that unit and that civs.

The unit is the spartiatoi. Its earlier name was phalanx.
The four civs are Grigori, (the Ljosalfar, in brackets beacuse their replacement is called Elven Phalanx ;)), Doviello, Lanun and Amurites. It seems that there are actuallly five civs with a phalanx unit.:)
